Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) is an international community of over 14,000 individual members. Almost 500 academic, manufacturing, research and development, service and consulting organizations, government, and military organizations worldwide are institutional members.
The purpose of our SIAM student chapter at West Texas A&M University is to provide a platform for students to learn from others, to facilitate interactions among students and faculty inside the mathematics department as well as with other science and engineering departments, and to provide more undergraduate and graduate students research programs through SIAM and provide career information in the mathematical sciences.

Any graduate and undergraduate students are welcome to attend our meetings. You could ask for becoming a chapter member through clicking "Join Student Chapter at WT" button. After getting approval to become a member of SIAM student chapter at WT, you are eligible to receive free student memberships from SIAM. You then can click "Sign Up on SIAM Website" to sign up your free student membership.
