Professional Profile

Mrs. Timmons joined the College of Engineering in 2008 as a part-time instructor and became an Instructor in Mathematics in 2013. She received a B.S. in Mathematics from West Texas A&M University in 2004 and an M.S. in Mathematics from West Texas A&M University in 2009.

Teaching and Related Service

Mrs. Timmons teaches developmental math, college algebra, business math I and II, and pre-calculus for the university.

She is the coordinator for the "Reach for the Stars" program with the Science Olympiad held annually on campus and she is a Peer-Leader for the "I am WT" Campaign.

Personal Sketch

Mrs. Timmons lives in Amarillo with her husband, Micah, and two lovely daughters, Abigail and Chloe. She enjoys reading books and spending time with her family.
