Professional Profile
Mr. Tirey joined the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics as a Full time instructor in the fall of 2018. Prior to that, he taught full time for Amarillo College and part time here at WT. Before becoming a college level instructor, Mr. Tirey was a high school math teacher for 11 years. Mr. Tirey holds three degrees from WTAMU: A Bachelor of General Studies (2004), a Master of Education, Curriculum and Instruction (2015) and a Master of Science in Mathematics (2015).
Teaching and Related Service
Mr. Tirey teaches various Mathematics courses including College Algebra, Introductory Statistics, Business Math I and II, and Math for Liberal Arts.
