Professional Profile
Dr. Song joined the College of Engineering in 2022. She received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from Jimei University in 2013, Fujian Normal University in 2016, and West Virginia University in 2022, respectively.
Teaching and Related Service
Dr. Song teaches primarily in mathematics such as Calculus. She currently has supervised undergraduate research projects/senior investigation projects.
Research and Creative Activity
Dr. Song’s research interests include discrete mathematics, especially the graph theory, combinatorics, and its applications, like network reliability analysis. She has coauthored several publications in high-standard peer-reviewed journals, and has made numerous presentations as an invited speaker, both nationally and internationally.
