2.25 | Harassment

2.25.A | Behavior that is severe, pervasive, or persistent, to a degree that a reasonable person similarly situated would be prevented from accessing an education opportunity of benefit. This behavior includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, coercion, or violence and other forms of harassment against any member of the university community. In addition, harassment may be conducted by a variety of mediums, including but not limited to, physical verbal, graphic, written, or electronic.
