2.20 | Failure to Comply and Disorderly Conduct

2.20.A | Disruptive Activity: Activity that interferes with the teaching, research, administration, disciplinary proceedings, residential communities, academic mission or pursuits, free flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic on university premises, or other university missions, processes, or functions, including public service functions or other university activities.

2.20.B | Harmful, Threatening, or Endangering Conduct: Intentional or reckless behavior that harms, threatens, or endangers the physical or emotional health or safety of self or others, including but not limited to:

  1. Physical Assault: Assault is threatening someone with imminent bodily injury, intentionally causing bodily injury, or intentionally causing physical contact when the person knows such contact will be considered offensive.
  2. Threats: Communication of a serious expression of an intent to harm a specific person or group of people. Action that cuases a reasonable expectation of injury to the health or safety of any person or damage to any property.

2.20.C | Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with a reasonable directive and/or request, or to present student identification, or identify oneself, to any University official acting in the performance of their position.
