Professional Profile
Matthew Harrison joined the English, Philosophy, and Modern Languages department in 2017. He received a B.A. in English from Columbia University in 2005 and a Ph. D. in English Literature from Princeton University in 2015.
Teaching and Related Service
Professor Harrison teaches Shakespeare, Renaissance literature, poetry, and drama classes.
He has written articles on early modern poetry, Shakespeare, and Hamlet video games, among other topics.
Research and Creative Activity
Professor Harrison’s research interests include Shakespeare, the English sonnet, poetry and poetics, literary criticism, and the digital humanities.
