Are you interested in working for the government? Public service? Public policy? Or studying policy, politics, and political institutions from an academic perspective? If so, the Political Science Public Administration and Policy specialization might be for you.
The specialization focuses on developing broad skillsets and providing exposure to the social sciences, government, and domestic politics. Students have access to local and national internships, as well as the opportunity to assist with faculty research. The specialization also provides the flexibility to pursue other interests in political science, other fields, and even study abroad.
If you have an interest in declaring the public administration and policy specialization or wish to receive additional information, please contact Dr. Darrell Lovell (dlovell@wtamu.edu) for assistance.
