Hello future Buff. For every student, there are a few common items needed to get an admission decision. These are:
- Transcripts* - High school and ALL college transcripts, including those earned for dual credit. (Transfer Students: high school transcripts are only needed if you have earned fewer than transferable 12 hours in a fall or spring semester after high school graduation. Learn more about how to apply.)
- ACT or SAT scores (Only needed for transfer students with fewer than 12 hours)
The items below are not required for an admission decision but will be required to complete your file:

- TSI Assessment Scores
We may also need supporting documents. Many of these forms may be submitted electronically for your convenience.

- Meningitis information and required documents

**The Affidavit must be mailed and must contain a notary signature and seal.
*** Core Residency Questionnaire and HB 3826 Exemptions can be submitted electronically (To submit electronically, fill in the highlighted fields, create a digital signature and "sign" the document. Documents may be faxed to 806-651-5285 or emailed as PDF to admissions@wtamu.edu. Documents submitted by fax or email are considered unofficial. Final, official transcripts will be required to complete your admissions file.
