Professional Profile
Azra joined the College of Nursing and Health Sciences in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 2022. Her background is in Medical-Surgical Nursing. Azra is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi
Teaching and Related Service
Azra teaches Nursing Research and Adult Health I (Medical-Surgical Nursing) courses and the clinical component.
Azra is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, American Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, National League for Nursing, and the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning.
She is an American Heart Association BLS CPR instructor.
Azra is also the clinical liaison for BSA Hospital.

Her research interests include nursing education and nursing practice.
