The Prairie
The Prairie News is a student-operated news organization at West Texas A&M University that was started in 1919. It functions to inform, educate and entertain readers accurately and responsibly. It does not necessarily reflect the opinions of the administration, faculty or staff.
Eternal Flame
The Eternal Flame is the University's photo book. Students entirely produce this 200+ page publication annually. Students serve as editors, writers, photographers, artists and copy assistants, graphic art assistants, reporters and account sales representatives. It is a great opportunity to gain experience and build a portfolio.
1910 PR
Join 1910 PR, WT's nationally recognized student-run public relations firm! Gain hands-on practice working with real clients as you create content, assist with events, and manage social media accounts. You will learn what it is like to work for an agency, preparing you to be competitive on the job market.
WTTV
WTTV is the campus TV channel at West Texas A&M University. WTTV and its programming are overseen through the department with content provided by departments and organizations across campus. WTTV also serves at the home for NewsOne.
Buffalo Advertising
Buffalo Advertising is West Texas A&M University's award-winning advertising team and student-operated advertising agency.
