2.17 | Dishonesty

2.17.A | Acts of dishonesty are prohibited, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Withholding materials information from the University, misrepresenting the truth during a university investigation or Student Conduct conference, or making false statements to any University official or law enforcement officer, in th course of their duties.
  2. Furnishing false information to or withholding information from any university official, faculty member, office, or law enforcement officers in the course of their duties. 
  3. Forgery, alteration, possession, or misuse of any university document, record, or instrument of identification.
  4. The submission of false information at the time of admission or readmission is grounds for rejection of the application, withdrawal of any offer of acceptance, cancellation of enrollment, dismissal, or any other appropriate disciplinary action.
