“The Efficacy and Safety of Growth Hormone in Anti-Aging Therapies: A Systematic Review”
Faculty Mentor: Dr. Lee Doernte
Aging is marked by a gradual decline in physiological functions, leading to increased morbidity and mortality. As longevity rises, the search for interventions to slow or reverse aging becomes more urgent. One promising approach is the use of Growth Hormone (GH), which plays a key role in body composition, muscle and bone growth, metabolism, and vitality. GH’s ability to stimulate cell growth and regeneration suggests it may help counteract aging’s effects, offering potential rejuvenation.
