Yes! WT does offer payment plans for the Fall and Spring semesters.

Important: Payment plans must be set up before the regular payment deadline. Otherwise, your class schedule may be deleted. If you are on an F1 student visa, in the US, and your schedule is deleted for any reason, that is a violation of your visa status.

Fall 2024 Payment Deadline: Monday, August 19th, 2024

If you register for classes after August 19th, payment is due immediately upon class registration.

Students must pay in full or be enrolled in a payment plan by this date in order to avoid class schedule deletion.

If you are an athlete with an athletic scholarship that covers more than tuition and fees, your scholarship is taxable. This is a federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulation.

As a result, you may see an international student tax charge on your account at some point during the semester. You are required to pay this tax charge.

When you file taxes (February-April each year), you may be able to get some or all of this money back. However, there are no guarantees. It depends on your specific tax situation.

If you do not pay your bill, your class schedule will be deleted.

If you are on an F1 student visa, are in the US, and your schedule is deleted for any reason, that is a violation of your visa status and your visa will be terminated.

If you are unable to pay your bill due to financial difficulties, please schedule an appointment with us to discuss your situation and options.

If you are in your first year at WT, please keep in mind that you have shown finances for 1 year of study at WT for the purpose of WT issuing an I-20. The I-20 is a contract between you and the US federal government.

We understand that situations can change, please do keep this in mind. If your situation has changed and you can't pay your bill, we want you to come to us!

Fall I-20 Document Submission Deadline: July 15th

Spring I-20 Document Submission Deadline: November 15th

Fall Last Day WT Will Issue an I-20: August 1st

Spring Last Day WT Will Issue an I-20: December 1st

Please keep in mind that for WT to be able to issue an I-20, you must be fully admitted to the university.
