The visible label and accessible name not matching is most often found with buttons. It is best practice (and easiest) to have both the "Button Text" and "Button Aria-Label" match. Each button should also have a unique Aria-Label. If you have multiple buttons with the same text, like "Learn More," make sure each Aria-Label is unique by adding "Learn More About WT," or "Learn More About Academics."
