There are many ways you can get help from the library.

- In the Library
- You can get help at any service desk within the library, depending on our hours. Service desks include the Research and Access Services Desk, Government Documents Desk, and Special Collections and University Archives Desk.

- You may get help from our online chat by clicking on chat icon located on the bottom right.

- Give us a text. If we are closed when you text, we'll get back to you the next day during our open hours.
- Email a Librarian
- If you don't need help right away, fill out this form and we'll get back to you via e-mail.
- Make an Appointment
- You can make an appointment for a one-on-one meeting with a librarian.
Access Issue
All WTAMU faculty, staff, and students have on- and off-campus access to all of our subscribed resources. Off-campus login is required.
Most library resources require you to sign in via Single Sign On (SSO) when off-campus.
