Meet Our Marketing Creative Manager
Bailee Gerlich was born in Pingjiang China, deep inside the province of Hunan. She could not begin to understand it all then, but she found herself being adopted by an American family only a few days after her first birthday. After an eternity of airports and flights, she and her new family returned to Canyon Texas.
Her life has not been the same since then.
Bailee’s interests are diverse, ranging from travel to DIY projects and crocheting, as well as hiking, camping, fishing, and snowboarding. Anything that poses a challenge has her name on it. She grabbed a computer mouse very early in life, inspired by her older sister and encouraged by her parents, both educators.
It should come as no surprise then that she graduated with a BBA in Computer Information Systems from WT, where she was awarded the Outstanding Student for the CIS program in 2023. Bailee also holds certificates in responsive web design and several from DataCamp. She recently began her master’s degree at WT in Computer Information Systems and Business Analytics.
Bailee began her journey with ADM in August 2023, where she is thrilled to be using her skills for the university she loves.
