Personal Sketch
Dr. Carr grew up in New England, about one hour north of Boston, as the 2nd of 10 children. His family spans the country (and even the globe) from Oregon, to California, to the South Pacific (Solomon Islands), to Utah, Texas, Nebraska, Kentucky, Tennessee, and New Hampshire.
He enjoys running and singing karaoke. He ran the Baltimore Marathon and is training for another marathon soon. He once won a singing talent competition at a county fair singing Ed Sheeran's "Perfect." The grand prize was a check for $100. The timing was perfect, as he was able to dedicate the song to his wife for their anniversary.
Dr. Carr and his wife moved here with their two boys who joined their family through the miracle of adoption. He actively serves in his church and very much enjoys the culture of the Texas Panhandle.
