How do I request an alternate format textbook?
You must be registered with Office of Student Accessibility (OSA) and qualify for this accommodation in order to request audio versions of a textbook. Contact the OSA office with your alternate format textbook request either through email, phone, and fax or make an appointment. OSA will make every effort to accommodate your audio textbook request.
Requests will be prioritized; those with visual impairments and dyslexia will be first priority. Those with other impairments will receive the books in the order they are available. The sooner you complete this request, the sooner we can begin working on it.
