Calculated Question Wizard

There is another question type in case you have a situation where the student needs to do a calculation. This would be applicable to math, business, sciences, nursing, etc., but not music history. I've made a copy of the manual explanation, but if anyone would like to write a better tutorial, let me (tdubois@wtamu.edu) know.
