Statement

WTAMU restricts the use of University-defined types of information system media on University-defined information systems or system components using University-defined security safeguards.

Applicability

This Control applies to all West Texas A&M network information resources. The intended audience for this Control includes all information resource owners, custodians, and users of information resources.

Implementation

WTAMU may restrict the use of any removable electronic media devices with information storage capability, based on documented risk management decisions.
