Statement

West Texas A&M University will provide contingency training to information system users consistent with assigned roles and responsibilities as needed.

Applicability

This Control applies to all West Texas A&M network information resources. The intended audience for this Control includes all information resource owners, custodians, and users of information resources.

Implementation

• Training will be available to personnel in support of their contingency roles and responsibilities with respect to the information system.
• Training will be refreshed when staff assume a new role or responsibility or if significant configuration changes to information resources require related modifications to their roles in the contingency plan.
