  WTAMU faculty, staff, and students qualify to receive a free license of Office 365 for personal use.

- Open DNS

Statement

West Texas A&M University must develop, document, and maintain an inventory of information systems.

Applicability

This control applies to all West Texas A&M network information resources. The intended audience for this control includes all information resource owners, custodians, and users of information resources.

Implementation

The information security office will be responsible for maintaining a current inventory of information systems.
The inventory shall include:
- Accurately reflects all components and interconnections
- Relevant ownership and custodian information.
- Relevant data for tracking and reporting
A review of the inventory and proper updating of information shall be performed at least annually.
