Student Medical Services is excited to introduce the Healthy Buffs Program. Please note that the program determines if you are a current student during the semester. The system will not schedule appointments prior to the first day of class for the semester. Please click on any of the following to start the Healthy Buff Program: Appointments cannot be scheduled using this application until the first day of class. The system does not recognize eligibility of the student until the first class day.
Be sure to bring your Buffalo Gold Card with you to your appointment. You will be carded as you enter the building. For more information, call us at 806-651-3287 or visit us in the Virgil Henson Activities Center, Room 104. No Shows/Non Cancellations - As a patient of Student Medical Services, it will be your responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. The clinic will consider a NO SHOW /Non-Cancellation appointment at any time a patient has not given the advanced notice within 1 hour of the appointment time or has failed to arrive within 5 minutes of their appointment time. All no show appointments are subject to a $5.00 non-cancellation fee or a $10.00 non-cancellation fee for any recurring no show appointment or appointments requiring a 30 minute block.
