Group Rental Information The Virgil Henson Activities Center may be rented for all-night parties or at times that the Virgil Henson Activities Center is not open for regular operating hours. The price for such a rental is $400 per hour. With this rental, there are no additional fees. The staff and equipment are furnished for the event. A deposit of $400 is required to hold the date for such an event. Small groups may use the facility during times when the facility is open at $5 per person plus prices of equipment rental and bowling. For more information regarding group rentals, please call the Virgil Henson Activities Center Information Desk, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The Information Desk's phone number is (806) 651-2323. Facility and Room Rental Fees Rooms of the Virgil Henson Activities Center may be rented on the availability of the room and University use of the room. For events scheduled before or after VHAC operating hours a charge of $10.00 per hour will be charged for each staff member needed for the event.
