The West Texas A&M University Student Government conducts all campus elections in compliance with the Election Code and WTAMU Code of Student Life. There are four regular elections each academic year and special elections may be called for referendums or other business.
Each campus election covers a two-day voting period. Votes are cast on any computer a student has access to "myBuffPortal". For convenience students may vote at computer kiosks in the Jack B. Kelley Student Center, Old Main, Virgil Henson Activities Center, Sybil B. Harrington Fine Arts Complex, Agriculture and Nursing Sciences Building, the Cafeteria or in the Hastings Electronic Learning Center. Check the University Calendar for dates of upcoming elections.
