West Texas A&M University is home to over 130 campus organizations. Types of organizations include departmental and professional organizations, honor societies, interest groups, religious organizations, recreational and sport clubs, residence hall organizations, and Greek social/service groups. Commuter Students are those students who live off campus and must drive or utilize public transportation to attend class. West Texas A&M University and the CORE office provide many services and amenities for WTAMU commuter students. - Diversity Programs
At West Texas A&M University, we believe it is important to promote, honor and celebrate the uniqueness of all heritages, cultures and ethnicities. Events and programs include TASTES of the World, an annual Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, Future Buff Day, LatinoFest and black history month activities. - Greek Life

Leadership Board is a student organization that educates through campus programs, leadership retreats and community outreach. - Peer Education (PULSE)
Led by PULSE (Peers Understanding, Listening, Speaking, Educating), Peer Education sponsors a variety of “awareness” events, prepares programs for student organizations, and provides students with someone to talk to about the problems and challenges they face.
