- Visitor permits are available at no cost and are available at Parking Services or the JBK Student Center.

- Permit transfers require a new permit.
- Permits must be placed on the rear windshield in the lower left corner.
- After 2 p.m., faculty and commuter parking are considered open with any valid permit.
- With the purchase of a permit, you are allowed up to three free temporary permits for up to a week each for another vehicle.
- Parking is enforced and permits are required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for vehicles parked on campus.
- All persons operating a vehicle on University property are subject to State and Federal laws along with University traffic rules.
Citations If you receive a citation, follow the instructions on the back of the citation. A restriction will be placed on your student records if the citation is not paid within 10 days and the fine increases if the citation is not paid within 20 days. Appeals must be made within the semester and fines should be paid to prevent a restriction on student records. Reimbursements are paid within 30 days of the appeals court date. Impounding Vehicles may be impounded if they pose a traffic hazard, have no permit, have at least three unpaid citations, display a borrowed or stolen permit, or are illegally parked in a fire or handicap zone. Buffalo Express The Buffalo Express is a free shuttle bus that transports students, faculty and staff to and from available parking in Zones 16, 13 and 21E (see map). It runs Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. during the fall and spring semester. |
