WTAMU Names Candidates for 2012 Homecoming King and Queen
CANYON, Texas—Nine women and nine men are in the running for 2012 Homecoming royalty at West Texas A&M University.
The finalists for Homecoming King and Queen will be introduced Friday, Oct. 12 during Pigskin Revue, which begins at 7 p.m. at the First United Bank Center. The winners will be crowned during halftime of the WTAMU Homecoming football game, which begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at Kimbrough Memorial Stadium.
Homecoming King and Queen nominees must be enrolled in at least 12 semester hours at WTAMU, be sponsored by a chartered WTAMU organization, maintain and have at least a 2.0 overall grade point average and be at least a junior in standing.
Students nominated for Homecoming King are listed by hometown, classification and major.
