Circulation Desk
The Circulation Desk is centrally located on the first floor of the library. It is easily seen from both the east and south entrances to the library.
Circulation Desk Services
- Checks out materials, including loan books, instructional resource materials, government documents, print course reserves, video, and audio resources
- Process electronic course reserves (e-reserves)
- Gives information/directions for the library or campus
- Gives assistance with photocopiers, including clearing jams
- Adds credit to Buffalo Gold Cards
- Confirms balance of Buffalo Gold Cards
- Keeps lost and found items until they are forwarded to the University Police Department (UPD)
- Distributes print-outs from the library's public computers on both the first and second floors -- cost is 9 cents per page, plus tax
