What do you like most about working in the Cornette Library? I love working with students on research. I get to see students become accomplished researchers and scholars, which is amazing, but I also get to learn about all the interesting topics they are researching. I learn something new every single day.

What is your favorite book(s)/author? Way too many to count! It really depends on my mood. I read in many genres, and really like a lot of authors. I actually spend a lot of time reading non-fiction in the Sciences. But I often re-read Tolkien, King's Gunslinger series or anything by Dickens, Poe, or Shakespeare.

What is your favorite local attraction? Palo Duro Canyon. I love hiking in the canyon with my dog, Kinnick, and camping with friends.

Rules to live by: Question everything. Accept as true only those things that you can prove to true, and even then only tentatively. Knowledge continues to grow and change, so allow your understanding of the world to do the same.

You might be surprised to know that I: Once met Bill Murray at a baseball game in St. Paul, MN.
