What do you like most about working in the Cornette Library? The people. We have an excellent staff at the library. Everyone is professional and works together as a team. I also enjoy interacting with students, faculty, and the "Friends of the Cornette Library."

What is your favorite book(s)/author? I currently read a lot of non-fiction, but enjoy fiction by Edna Buchanan, Richard Peck, and Jodi Thomas.

What is your favorite local attraction? The Panhandle sunrises and sunsets and Amarillo High Sandie basketball

Rules to live by: Where there's a will, there's a way.

You might be surprised to know that: My husband proposed at the Library of Congress and I own a spinning wheel and know how to use it.

What do you like most about working in the Cornette Library? I like the staff because they are knowledgeable, funny and good people.

What is your favorite book(s)/author? How Soccer Explains the World by Franklin Foer

What is your favorite local attraction? Palo Duro Canyon - I like running in the canyon.

Rules to live by? I have 3 - (1) Always tell your loved ones that you love them; (2) You own your future; and (3) Never go to bed mad.

You might be surprised to know that I: used to play for the U.S. National Soccer Team and that I speak 5 languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, English & French)
