Payment Methods and Deadlines Payments for tuition, fees, room and meals are made to the Business Office. A deferred payment plan is available for the fall or spring semester. Payments can be made by: - Cash

- Debit card (may need to check with your personal bank for transaction limit)
Students may apply for emergency tuition and fee and book loans through Buff Advisor. No billing statements are mailed. Registration charges are posted on Buff Advisor approximately two weeks prior to the payment deadline. Priority Registration Payment Deadlines - December 15 - January Intersession 2010

Payment must be received in the Business Office by the deadline. Payments postmarked on the due date are not considered as meeting the deadline. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of registration. Students will be charged $25 and an additional $4 per semester credit hour in registration fees if priority registration schedules are deleted and they re-register. Students whose late registration schedules are deleted will be charged a $100 fee to re-register. Students can check billing information on the web through Buff Advisor. Deferred Payment Plan Tuition, fees, room and board may be paid on a deferred payment plan during the fall and spring semesters only. One–fourth of the total charges for the semester must be paid by the deadline. Fall 2009 Deadlines One-fourth of account balance is due by Aug. 10 for students registered as of Aug. 3. For students registered after Aug. 3, deadline is August 31. The remaining three quarterly payments are: - Sept. 15, 2009
