Update Student Information

It's a student’s responsibility to maintain:

  • Local address and phone number
  • Permanent address and phone number

This information can be updated in person at the Office of the Registrar, by mail, fax or Buff Advisor by submitting the following:

  • Full Name
  • Social Security Number
  • Signature (without your signature, we cannot process the request)
  • Information to be changed

If changing legal name or social security number, documentation must be provided.  Contact us for more details.
