Phone: 806-651-2503 Professional Profile Dr. Brock joined the College of Business at West Texas A&M University in 2011. She received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Montana in 2005, a B.A. in organizational communication from the University of Montana in 2006. She obtained her M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Teaching and Related Service Dr. Brock teaches in the areas of business ethics and human resources management. Research and Creative Activity Dr. Brock’s research interests include dark side phenomenon, specifically, unethical and counterproductive behavior in the workplace, destructive leadership, and critical issues in selection and assessment. Her research has been presented and published in the proceedings of regional, national and international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals. |
