It saves students time, provides the ability to take the course when all other courses are waitlisted, and allows students to enroll in the course after the traditional semester registration deadline.

The learning objectives for MCOM 1307 are covered in 5 weeks in this course, meaning students complete the same amount of work and cover the same information as student enrolled in the traditional course.
