He received a B.S. degree in 1969 and an M.A. degree in 1971 from Eastern New Mexico University. Additionally, he has completed 28 graduate hours in physics from Texas Tech University, Stephen F. Austin State University, and Texas A&M University and has served as the chief academic officer for Frank Phillips Community College. Teaching and Related Service Mr. Jacobs teaches developmental mathematics and first-year and second-year college level mathematics. Personal Sketch Mr. Jacobs’ wife, Donis, is retired from public school teaching. Their daughter, Shandra Brown, teaches 3rd grade and resides in Bushland with her husband, Garrett, and daughter, Dakota. Activities include golf, boating, and quality family time. |
