Previously, Dr. Hart completed his B.A. and M.A. in English at UGA and a B.A. in religious studies at Georgia State University. Teaching and Related Service Dr. Hart teaches courses in philosophy and is director of the University Writing Center. Research and Creative Activity Dr. Hart's primary research interests include early modern philosophy (especially Descartes) and the intersections of philosophy and literature. Secondary interests include philosophy of psychology (especially psychoanalysis) and the history of early modern medicine. Personal Sketch Dr. Hart enjoys sports and games of all types, especially playing poker and watching NBA basketball. |
