Charles Chase, Ph.D.

Dr. Chase has been on the faculty at WTAMU since 1992. He has been a member of the Department of Sports and Exercise Sciences since coming to WT. He has served as the department head of the Department of Sports and Exercise Sciences. He currently serves as the graduate coordinator of the department, and he has served as the president of the University Faculty Senate.
Teaching and Related Service
Dr. Chase teaches a variety of courses in the department ranging from motor learning and measurement and evaluation at the undergraduate level to administration, instructional delivery and trends and issues at the graduate level. He also teaches campus-wide electives such as outdoor living and human sexuality.
Research and Creative Activity
Dr. Chase's scholarly activity interests are focused primarily in sport-specific settings addressing skill acquisition and refined technique applications.
