Morning classes continued. Here is Mr. Seale's concert band percussion class.

Mr. Tegmeyer had a masterclass for all the camp clarinetists. We wish to thank Tarpley Music Company of Amarillo for sponsoring his residency as guest artist at our camp this year.

All of the afternoon ensembles perform for each other. I'm at the junior high school assembly. Percussion ensemble 2, Mr. Benton.

Percussion ensemble 1, Mr. Switzer.

Flute ensemble 2, Ms. Mulgado.

Double bass ensemble, Mrs. Rasband.

Tuba/euph ensemble, Mr. English.

High school clarinet ensemble, Mrs. DuBois,

Not very good pictures from the balcony.

On the floor in front of the stage, is a very impressive row of 20 tubas and 14 euphoniums. That's some heavy metal.

Tuba/euph ensemble, Dr. Lewis.

I'm listing to the right!

The directors band performed for the junior high student at 3:30 and the high school students at 4:30. Here's some pictures that I drew freehand.

Guest artist John Tegmeyer performed as the soloist. Mr. Tegmeyer is sponsored by Tarpley Music Company of Amarillo.

Mr. Gabe Musella, Mr. Alan Hanna, and Mr. Dick Clardy of The Foundation for Music Education presented Dr. Gary Garner, WTAMU professor emeritus, with a Keynote Award for his 70 years of dedication to music education.

And now we have pictures from the camp ball and bingo.

And that's how Friday ended.
