Leadership Programs Leadership Programs consist of student oriented leadership opportunities designed to enable students to lead in a variety of settings. To get involved a student must simply be interested in growing in his or her abilities to lead. We provide a variety of different leadership programs designed to connect with a variety of students. (Buffs Uniting in Leadership Development) is a new leadership development program for WT. This program is a development program designed to help you develop strong leadership skills that will greatly help you in your future career. You will learn to lead yourself, then lead a small group of leaders, and finally to oversee a larger leadership program.  The Sipapu Leadership Retreat is a long standing tradition at WTAMU. This retreat is designed to help existing student leaders, or those who would like to be leaders, improve their skills to enhance their organizations. Sipapu is also a fun event with the opportunity to snow ski and visit the beautiful city of Taos, New Mexico. Greek Leadership programs are designed to help social Fraternities and Sororities.
