Fitness Fitness offers programs with the Shape-Up Program, a 5K Run or 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Program and Weight Watchers.  Shape-Up Shape-Up is a program offered through Fitness. This program offers many great opportunities to get in shape or stay in shape. There are a variety of classes offered.
