Spring Semester 2013 January Intersession 2013 May Intersession 2013 Summer Sessions 2013 Fall Semester 2013 Eligible Border Counties Border County students from the following counties are eligible to pay tuition at the Texas resident rate of $50 per semester credit hour: Oklahoma: New Mexico: Border State and Out-of-State Students Students from any state in the United States may be eligible to pay the tuition rate of $80 per semester credit hour (Texas resident rate of $50 plus $30). International Students - The international student tuition rate will be $401 per semester credit hour for the 2012–2013 academic year.
