Residence Hall and Meal Plan Rates Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Residence Hall Rates Summer 2013 Rates Important Dates Please note that the housing agreement is valid for one full academic year (fall/spring), unless a student begins in the spring semester. All rates include utilities, basic cable television, Internet services, and inclusive laundry. The room rates listed below are for the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 academic year housing agreement period. - All rates are for the academic year, consisting of the Fall and Spring semesters; room charges are billed by the semester.
- Residents beginning occupancy in the Fall semester will be charged 60% of the academic year cost in the Fall and 40% of the academic year cost in the Spring.
- Residents beginning occupancy in the Spring semester will be charged 50% of the academic year cost in the Spring*.
- All rates are per person.
- Rates are based on double occupancy, except for Buff and Conner Halls; rates are based on single occupancy per bedroom for Buff Hall suites.
- Private room options are not guaranteed until after the first class day.
