Hello future Buff.  Below you will find several documents needed to complete your admissions file.  Please note that we have created many of these forms to be submitted electronically for your convenience.  

 

*The Affidavit must be mailed and must contain a notary signature and seal.
**The Apply Texas Application can be faxed or mailed.
*** Change of Term/Admissions Cancellation Form, Core Residency Questionaire and HB 3826 Exemptions can be submitted electronically (To submit electronically, fill in the highlighted fields, create a digital signature and "sign" the document. Then click "Share" to send the page as a .pdf attachment in an email to admissions@wtamu.edu. Note: this feature requires Adobe Reader 10 or later.)
